Some Feedback from our Parents . . .
Dear ACEC,
Where have the past four years gone? It seems like yesterday Mike and I were trying to find the best childcare facility in Northern Kentucky for Lexie. Fortunately for us, we found Abby’s! During that time, Lexie has grown and developed so much. Can you believe she’ll be starting kindergarten in a couple of weeks?
Let me just start by saying that Mike and I cannot find the words to express our gratitude toward everyone that has been a part of Lexie’s life for the past four years. The staff has been superb in all that they have done. I envy your work. I mean, not a lot of people can get 20+ hyper children to take a nap at once! That takes skill, and most of all, heart. It has to be a rewarding feeling.
We have been totally impressed with all the different skills that Lexie has learned over the past four years. For Mike and I the most impressive day was when Lexie came home and started reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. She was just a little over three years old. All we could say was WOW!
From then on, we have seen Lexie’s attitude and abilities improve by leaps and bounds. It is comforting to know that when your child comes home from preschool everyday, she can say she had a great day. Lexie has a great attitude and we must give ACEC credit. Knowing that Lexie was being cared for by loving, dedicated professionals made it much easier to go to work.
We will always recommend ACEC to friends and family.
We really appreciate all that you, and your staff have done for our family. We know Lexie is going to miss all of you.
Danielle and Mike

Dear ACEC:
This letter is to notify you that after much debate Sam’s last day at Abby’s will be August 23.
Sam has flourished at Abby’s and we have been thrilled with the caring and educational environment as well as the personal attention you give us when it comes to Sam’s best interest and needs.
I do want to take time to recognize Miss Angie for the huge difference she has made in the early threes classroom. Sam absolutely loves her and can’t wait to tell me the fun things they do each day; she has made learning so much fun for him. I am thankful for and impressed how well organized she is and for keeping the parents informed about class activities. I especially enjoy the personal notes Miss Angie writes in Sam’s journal. It makes me feel so much more connected to his daily experiences.
I will miss being a part of the ACEC family. I have and will continue to recommend Abby’s to all of my friends and family.
Our Sincerest Thanks,
Susan and Jeff

Dear ACEC:
As Director of a childcare center I am sure that you often hear the negative reactions and issues that are par for the course when you have other people’s children in your care. But I wanted to take the opportunity to sing the praises of some of your staff.
Reagan’s teacher has brought so much to the classroom curriculum with her creative and interesting arts and crafts, sign language and Spanish. Reagan can say her whole alphabet and can sign six words in sign language. More importantly, her overall language ability has sky rocketed. As a first time mom it is great to have someone who is familiar with toddlers to give me progress reports on Reagan.
Although we should do it more often, I thought the holidays would be a good time to let you know how thankful and grateful we are for your staff. What a blessing as a parent to have people who love her and care for her while we are away.
Thanks and Happy Holidays,
Stephanie
