Are there any Registration or Enrollment Fees?

There is a registration fee, security fee and enrollment fee to secure enrollment for your child/children in our program.

What is the vacation and/or sick policy for children?

Vacation credit will be granted when the child has been enrolled for six months. After six months of enrollment families will receive 1 week per family, per fiscal year, and after 18 months, families will receive individual sick days (amount varies based on enrollment and sick days are per child). What is required for your teaching staff?

Employee requirements are as follows:

A. Annual In-Service Training: 15 Training Hours per Year
B. Kentucky State Orientation
C. Certification in First Aid and CPR
D. Negative TB skin test.
E. Three letters of recommendation
F. Criminal background checks
(Youth Leader Check and Child Abuse and Neglect Check-State of Kentucky)

Are meals provided?

Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided on a daily basis.

Are the centers accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (naeyc.org)?

Highland Heights, Fort Thomas and Taylor Mill are NAEYC Accredited. The Florence location is currently in the self-study process.  The Richwood location will enroll in the self study process within six months of opening.

What safety measures are enforced?

Each center is equipped with a keyless entry security system. Each family receives their own individual code to access the building. Additionally, all staff members receive their own code as well.

Are you closed in observance of any holidays?

Yes. Each location is closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Each location will close at 1:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Each location is also closed on Good Friday as well as the Friday prior to Labor Day for our BI-Annual Teacher In-Service training days.

What are the hours of operation?

Each location is open Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.

Is there a multi-children family discount available?

Yes. When you two children are enrolled, the eldest child will receive a 10% discount from their weekly tuition. When three or more children are enrolled, families will receive a 10% discount from each individual child (or 10% from the weekly tuition total).
